Zumba is a fitness dance exercise program that keeps everyone motivated by creating a party-like atmosphere. Zumba will take you through a combination of dance steps such as meringue, reggaeton, salsa while incorporating fitness exercises such as bicep curls, knee lifts, and squats. Zumba fitness is mostly about dance moves that make everyone laugh, smile and let loose.
This class will be held outside in our Plaza on the last Thursday of every month.
