Managers register for the division in which they want to play. Divisions are NOT re-organized during the season. Division champions (regular season and post season) must play in a higher division (if available) the next season in which they register. A returning team may NOT move down a division unless they finish in one of the bottom two places (regular season AND did not win the playoff championship) the previous season. (A returning team is defined as having four or more returning players.) Moving down is OPTIONAL, not required.

Adult League:
Games will start on Monday, September 9th.

CoEd Leauge:
Games will start on Friday, September 13th.

This sport combines different rules of ping-pong, tennis, and badminton, using paddles similar to ping-pong. Played on a badminton-sized net court with tennis-like rules and a perforated plastic baseball with holes, this game can be played on any hard surface. Got you interested? Are you ready to hear the POP of the ball hitting the paddle?
The program will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 8:30am-1:30pm September-May. The summer schedule will be different June-August.
No activity on city holidays.

Your first step to learn the basics of Pickleball and build a strong foundation. We will be going over the fundamentals needed to get started on your Pickleball journey.
Wk. 1 Pickleball Basics & Foundational Shots
Wk. 2 Shots 1-3 (serve, return and Third shot.
Wk. 3 At the Kitchen playing at the non-volley zone
Wk. 4 Navigating the transition zone
Wk. 5 Drop shots and advancing on the court
Wk. 6 Volleys and Hand Battles
Wk 7. Movement and Strategy
Wk 8. Putting it All Together

This Skills & Drills Ladder League is an instructional pickleball program.
For the first 45 minutes we'll discuss a specific shot/technique and learn drills to improve it.
For the rest of the time, we'll have a ladder league where individual points will be counted instead of teams.
Every week, three games will be played with MLP-style scoring for games.
After the ladder league finishes, we will have open play until 9 p.m.

Classes include katas, sparring, beginning and advanced self defense. All classes are taught by certified black belt instructors. Participants must register before the 7th of the month. This is an all-position camp to teach younger players the basics of blocking, tackling, throwing and receiving the football. They will learn the latest techniques and increase

Join our wrestling program and discover the exciting world of grappling! Wrestlers will learn the fundamental skills and techniques essential for success on the mat. From mastering basic stances and positions to executing takedowns, pins, and escapes, our experienced coaches will guide you through every step of your wrestling journey. This program is led by Recreation Instructor, Troy Surloff.

Learn the basics of 3D printing and modeling! Participants will be introduced to CAD (computer-aided design) software and get to print their own models. All hardware and software will be provided for use in class. Space is limited. Preregistration online or in-person.

Learn 2 Sports introduces 3-5 year olds to basic techniques and motor skills involved in playing sports. We believe sports are for everyone. All activities will be adaptable to the participants abilities. This program is led by Recreation Instructor Shelly Fortier. Register online or in person. Space is limited. Girls Flag Football Clinics focus on Flag Football skills including: passing, catching, route running, and defensive techniques and game knowledge.

The Rugby Mini Camp introduces boys and girls ages 7 to 14 to the exciting game of rugby. Our camp focuses on skill development and understanding the fundamentals, accommodating all skill levels.
